Exchange & Return Policy

At Code Vibe, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We want you to have full confidence in every purchase you make with us.
Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, our return and exchange process is slightly different from traditional physical goods.


1. Digital Products

All products sold on Code Vibe are digital downloads or license-based software.
Once the product is delivered and accessed (e.g., downloaded or license key issued), we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of digital goods.

However, we do make exceptions in the following situations:
✅ The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
✅ You received the wrong product or license key.
✅ The download link or activation key provided is defective or invalid.

In such cases, we will either:

  • Reissue the correct product or key, or

  • Offer a refund or store credit (at our discretion).

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you encounter any issues.


2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we introduce physical products in the future (like branded merchandise or hardware accessories), the following policy will apply:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds for eligible physical items will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.


3. Refund Process

If your return or exchange request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been processed.


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, exchange, or issue report:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue (with screenshots if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to help resolve the issue.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchase.

  • Inability to use the product due to system incompatibility (if requirements were clearly stated).

  • Unauthorized sharing, resale, or misuse of license keys.
